July is for Camping!

This Summer is already flying by. It’s been just about two weeks since the kids got out of school, but here we are edging towards the end of the month of June. July is going to be here before we know it.

I’m so excited to announce that I will be taking part in Camp NaNoWriMo!! This will be my first time! Basically, from my understanding, it is a virtual camp that challenges you to write 50,000 words in a month. It is normally held in November, which is only thirty days. Since this one is in July you get thirty-one! You connect with other writers and there are camp counselors. It seems like a really awesome community. Did I say I’m excited? What I’m even more excited for is our family vacation also coming in July!! I cannot wait for the fresh air, the quality time with all the kids, My Love and the dogs. My parents are going to come visit for a few days also as well as My Love’s niece and brother. It will give us all a much needed chance to relax and enjoy our time together.

I can’t wait for swimming and hiking, and fires with smores, stories, and laughs. For water falls and good food…because My Love can cook!! Most of all I can’t wait for making memories that will last us all a lifetime.
