Aptitude’s Release Day is Here!

When I started writing this series in August of 2021 I had the release schedule all figured out. Then when I couldn’t write for a little over a year and that schedule had to go out the window. When I decided to start editing Habitude in July of 2023 and then writing Aptitude in September of 2023 I refrained from creating a release schedule. I didn’t want to put too much pressure on myself to get all 10 of these books written and possibly run into the same issue I had. However, my number one Gallup Strength is Futuristic, so you can imagine that NOT scheduling and figuring out a writing/editing/release schedule was grating on me.

At first I was tempted to bank most of the books. I wanted to put them each out a month apart. Instead of doing that and basically waiting a couple of years to release anything I decided to bank Habitude for a little while, then I’d be able to do that with Habitude, Aptitude, and Beatitude. Beatitude’s edits are nearly done. Then I’ll format it and that one will be ready for you all to read soon! I’m ultimately happy with my decision and that means you get to read them sooner!

The response for Habitude has been so heart warming and I can only hope that Aptitude’s will be the same! I am currently unsure of what I’m doing to celebrate. We just got our roof done on Friday and the gutter guy is scheduled to be here anywhere between 7am and 7pm. Which doesn’t exactly work well for trying to go do something fun to celebrate. I will definitely be having a glass of wine though!
